Atomic Kitten Reform For A One-Off Gig Atomic Kitten are reforming for a one-off gig in support of jailed football fan Michael Shields. The band, who split up in 2004, will perform at Liverpool's Empire Theatre in December. Liverpool FC fan Micael Shields was jailed in Bulgaria for a crime he claims he did not commit. The 20-year-old is serving 10 years for the attempted murder of a barman during a brawl in the Black Sea resort of Golden Sands last May. The proceeds from the concert will go towards paying off a fine of almost £90,000 which was also imposed by the Bulgarian court.
